Rates

  • The Salmon Run - $200.00/night plus 13% tax, for 1 guest. Additional guest $25.00/night.

  • The Cod Cave - $200.00/night + 13% tax for 1 guest.  Additional guest $25.00/night.  

  • The Tackle Box - $150.00/night plus 13% tax, for 1 guest.

  • The Halibut Hook - $200.00/night for 1 guest. $25.00/night for each additional guest plus 13% tax.  Can sleep 3.

 

Large groups or extended stays contact me personally for rates.  Breakfast would not be provided in either of these circumstances.

Reservations

Message us or call / text us and please have the following information ready:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Arrival and Departure Dates and Times

  • Number of People

  • Number of Rooms

  • Credit Card information will be taken by a phone call for security purposes.

Occupancy

  • All rates are single occupancy per night

  • $25.00 per extra person per room per night

  • Rates do not include the Wrangell transient and sales tax required which totals 13%

Payment

MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express.  Your credit card will be charged the day you are to arrive. Credit card infomation is required to hold room reservation.  

Cancellation Policy

We charge the full amount for any cancellation with less than seven days notice.  We charge for your first night’s stay for any cancellation with less than one month notice but more than seven days notice.  Your credit card would be charged at time of cancellation.  A reservation implies agreement with cancellation policy.  If things are shut down as in Covid days, you may cancel at any time with no fees.

Check In / Out

  • Check In: Anytime after 3PM

  • Check Out:  No later than 11:00 AM

Visitors

If you wish to have a guest for a visit (not overnight) while you are staying with us, this is usually just fine.  

Additional Policies

All groups and extended stays must pay a fully refundable $500 cleaning deposit.  This fee may be imposed during or after the occasion (if not paid prior) if excessive cleaning is needed or damage is found to our property.  Large groups and extended stays will need to provide their own food for breakfast.   You are welcome to have full use of our main house kitchen.  Please clean up the kitchen after your use.  Dishes can be loaded in the dishwasher.  Pots and pans are hand washed and left on a towel on the cupboard to dry.

Additionally, A Suite Spot is a no-smoking / vaping B&B.   Please be considerate of the other guests and smoke/vape away from the other guests.
